1. Order Cancellation

We do not accept any cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
- Once payment is completed, the order automatically enters the shipping preparation process through our system, and changes or cancellations cannot be made.
2. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
- Due to hygiene control and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been placed.
3. Reshipment
If delivery cannot be completed for any of the following reasons, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Extended absence or refusal to accept the package
- Expired storage period
- Any other reason attributable to the customer resulting in the package being returned
The order will be reshipped after confirmation of payment for the additional shipping fee.
